How the Flip & Fade Lost 'n' Found program works

Disc golf has a strong lost-disc culture. If you find a disc with a name and phone number on it, the best first step is still to call or text the owner. Most players do this already, and getting a disc back is one of the small things that makes this community great.

Flip & Fade may buy eligible lost discs with readable owner contact information for $10. We list the disc on our Lost 'n' Found page, contact the owner when possible, and help get it back to them for free.

Found a disc?

If the disc has contact information, please try the owner first. If you cannot reach them, you can bring the disc to us and let us help.

Eligible discs

We may decline discs that are damaged, unreadable, missing valid contact information, or otherwise unsuitable for the program.

Claiming your disc

To verify ownership, our system sends a code to the phone number written on the disc. Once verified, we send you a private checkout link for $0 plus shipping if needed.

Pickup and shipping

Pickup is free in Edmonton. If you need the disc shipped, you only pay the shipping cost.

Unclaimed discs

We hold lost discs for 6 months. If no owner is found, the disc is sold back to the community for $10, the same amount we paid for it.
