Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Discs must be unthrown and in original condition.

How to start a return

Email hello@flippydisc.co with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send you a return address and instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days. It may take a few extra days to show on your statement depending on your bank.

Non-returnable items

Apparel marked final sale and any disc showing signs of use cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different weight, colour, or plastic? Let us know in your return email and we'll help with the swap when inventory allows.
