This site is operated by Flippy Disc Inc., based in Edmonton, Alberta. By using flippydisc.co or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in CAD unless noted otherwise and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock, and will refund you in full if that happens.

Product accuracy

We do our best to keep flight numbers, weights, colours, and photos accurate, but small variations between manufacturer batches happen.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site to do anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt it, or resell our products without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Flippy Disc Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
